Most shipments are ship out any where from 1-3 days after payment is made. Some custom orders can take up to 16 weeks or more to ship.

Domestic shipping will be sent USPS (United States Postal Service) and Fed-Ex. Tracking will applied to all orders upon request.
International shipping will be sent USPS and Fed-Ex only All custom forms will be filled out correctly.
Once your item ships this shop is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Customers need to contact the shipping provider directly. We will provide a tracking number for all orders.
Return Policy: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. No returns after 14 days.

Cancellation must be done within 24 hours of placing the order. If you cancel after 24 hours there will be 10% cancellation fee. If your order involves cores you will be charged for them and they will be sent to you.
